Introducing Eldorajob, a project that I developed and implemented for the talent management industry. Eldorajob is a platform that leverages technology to offer a faster, more accurate, and more efficient way of matching job seekers with job openings.
It solves the challenge of speed and accuracy in the recruitment industry by utilizing a sophisticated approach that is 30 times faster and 100 times more accurate than most traditional job boards.
Innovative Solution
Through Eldorajob, I aimed to offer a scalable and versatile solution that can adapt to the needs of small, medium, and large businesses, as well as public and private entities. CERN and Kelly Services Switzerland have participated in Beta testing of the solution.
Streamlined Recruitment
The platform is designed to complement regular job posting schemes and offers a smarter approach that reduces the volume of irrelevant or unqualified candidates, making the recruitment process more effective and streamlined.
