Our project led to a year-long study on luxury modular housing.
We recognized the lack of options for high-end modular homes, so we set out to develop innovative solutions that could offer both versatility and luxury. Our extensive research resulted in a range of customizable, high-end modular homes that maximize the use of space while offering premium quality and craftsmanship.
Hausbird
Introducing HausBird - a modular and high-end cabin designed for an architecture competition. We noticed that luxury homes often prioritize vast spaces, leaving little to no room for minimalist and compact living.
To solve this problem, we created a multifunctional habitat that maximizes every inch of space while maintaining top-notch quality and ingenuity.
Innovative Design
Our innovative design has been prototyped as:
- A pool house
- A social cube for a law firm
- A relaxation cabin in a private park
